1. We provide product exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase. You must return the product in its original condition together with the original receipt. Products on sale are not eligible for exchanges. We do not offer any form of refund.
2. If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund for the delivery charge. The delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
3. Each order can only be returned once.
4. As soon as we have received your return request, we will process within 7-14 working days. If you haven’t received any notification after this time, please contact our customer service.
5. When you submit a return application, you agree to our return policy and accept that we will handle the invalidation of invoices and related follow-up matters on our behalf.
